Diverter valve to fit Massey Ferguson UK model tractors from MF35 onwards.
1/2 Inch BSP Ports.
Allows operation of an external hydraulic function, or tractor 3 point linkage
OPERATION:
POSITION 1. Tractor lift arms function. Both external ports isolated.
POSITION 2. Output to external port A. Tractor lift arms locked.
POSITION 3. Output to external port B. Tractor lift arms locked.
SINGLE ACTING REMOTE RAMS.
Operation is by the tractor quadrant control lever via a single hose to each cylinder from port A or B. Oil flows and returns through the same hose. Valve return port is not used.
DOUBLE ACTING EXTERNAL RAMS.
Require a double acting spool control valve to be connected to port A or B with return hose connected to valve return port. Tractor quadrant lever is left in up position. Tractor linkage must be in partially raised position. Control is by remote spool control valve.
- Caution: Models 135, 148, 165, 175, 185, 188 (With pressure control) must be fitted with a hydraulic pump Relief Valve (E1885 or E1886). Later models have a valve already.
To verify if valve is present, remove the RH side cover from transmission (Oil level should be at bottom bolt hole)
